Each session is gentle and guided by the body’s natural intelligence.
Using the Chi Mastery approach, we work with:
- Somatic awareness to sense where energy is held
- Breath and simple visualization to support emotional release
- Meditative presence to restore calm and balance
Rather than pushing to change, the body is helped to release what it is holding. In this way, greater clarity and movement can occur spontaneously.
